EuroMillions methodology

A score rank compares a line with all 2,118,760 valid five-number patterns. Lower means the model expects a less clustered pattern. All lines remain equally likely to be drawn.

What the estimate measures

The model learns how the Europe-wide number of 3-main, 0-star winners compares with 2-main, 0-star winners for each drawn main-number pattern. Their ratio reduces the effect of varying ticket volume. We test on later draws than those used for training.

Model source period: 2020-02-04 – 2026-09-25 · 694 draws.

• 400 / 100: 65.2% held-out error reduction versus a constant baseline
• 500 / 100: 54.2% held-out error reduction versus a constant baseline
• 600 / 94: 55.3% held-out error reduction versus a constant baseline

What it cannot measure

These winner counts do not reveal all tickets or the exact number of jackpot co-winners. The score is a relative signal about main-number selection patterns, not a predicted payout. Lucky Star choice stays neutral until separately validated.
