What this installation stores
Account features use your email, a generated display name, authentication records, saved lines and your public-sharing preference. Your unfinished line is also stored in your browser so you can return to it. Authentication uses essential session cookies. This version includes no advertising or analytics trackers.
Public sharing is optional
Sharing is off by default. You can change your display name and future public-sharing preference in Account & privacy. Your email is not used as your public name.
Your controls
You can delete saved lines and delete your account from the account page. Account deletion removes associated app and authentication records from the active database. Infrastructure backups may retain older records until their configured retention period expires.

Service providers
Wisenum runs on Railway (hosting and database). Emails, including sign-in codes, are sent through Resend. Payments are handled by Stripe; during the beta Stripe runs in test mode and no real card data is used. Google receives your sign-in request only if you choose Google sign-in. Some of these providers process data in the United States under the transfer safeguards in their data-processing terms.
How long data is kept
Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted when you delete it. If you join the waitlist while sign-up is limited to invited people, your email is kept until you are invited, or for at most 12 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to contact@wisenum.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data-protection authority (cnil.fr).
