Draws are random. Players are not.

Same odds to be drawn. Not the same share.

Every line has exactly the same chance of coming up. But birthdays and neat patterns are popular picks, so when they win, the prize is split more ways. SplitGuard helps you keep more of it if you win, without giving up your favorite numbers.

The real value of SplitGuard

Same odds to be drawn. Not the same share when you win.

Every valid line has exactly the same chance of coming up. What differs is how many other people picked a line like yours. When a jackpot has several winning tickets, it is split equally between them.

SplitGuard can’t make you win more often. It helps you keep more of the prize if you do.

  • Powerball: the jackpot is split equally between every winning ticket.
  • EuroMillions: prizes are pooled, so more winners in a tier means a smaller share each.

What the official results show

When the winning numbers look like birthdays, more people share the prize.

Powerball publishes how many players won each prize tier after every draw. Across 1,404 draws, the pattern is clear: the more white balls fall in 1–31, the more people turn up holding three of them.

1.8×as many three-number winners when all five white balls were 31 or lower, compared with draws where none were.

Anyone selling you better odds is selling a scam.

No website, app, system or person can make a line more likely to be drawn. Not us, not anyone. Every line has the same odds in every draw.

Red flags

  • “Guaranteed wins” or promises that you’ll win more often
  • “Hot” or “due” numbers that are about to come up
  • Software, wheels or systems that “beat the lottery”
  • Paying to unlock the “winning numbers” for the next draw
  • A message saying you won a lottery you never entered

What an honest tool can do

  • Show official results and statistics, with their sources
  • Estimate how popular a pattern is, and so how a prize might be shared
  • Help you organize, save and replay your own lines
  • Tell you plainly what it cannot do

Spotted one? Report it at reportfraud.ftc.gov in the US, or to your country’s lottery operator.

Honest by design

Straight answers

Lottery tools make big promises. Here is exactly what Wisenum does, and what it can’t do.

Read the full methodology

Can Wisenum improve my chances of winning?

No, and no one can. Every valid line has exactly the same chance of being drawn. SplitGuard estimates how many people may have picked a pattern like yours, which changes how a prize would be shared, not whether you win.

Where does the data come from?

Official Powerball result pages and New York Open Data for Powerball, and FDJ for EuroMillions.

How do you know the model works?

We wrote down the pass or fail rules first, then tested the model once on 351 recent draws it had never seen. It passed, so it went live.

Do you sell tickets or work with lottery operators?

No. Wisenum is independent. Buy your tickets from an official retailer, and play only with money you can afford to lose.
